Biggest Loser Cardio: Maternity Style

Ok so there isnt really such a thing, I am feeling up to working out today so I am going to do my DVD while watching heartbeat, avoiding any high impact, and keeping hydrated.
Not gonna lie, I am looking forward to squats and lunges and some arm exercises...along with the endorphines they give off I am feeling flabby and this shoud help! I am not going to push myself too hard, so I can move enough to walk and do yoga tomorrow. Ready to get back in motion.
But before working out, I am thinking there is an egg and toast calling my name. And soon after working out a shower and small nap before running some errands.
I am excited for a night in with my hubby and my 3 days off! It is much needed. Need to recoup before my 7 (or more if I pick up more...) day stretch starts. It definitely cold be longer. I need to pick up 4 more days to get a 10 day check.

edit: Change of plans once I changed and ate. Photo op in shirt, then nap time before exercise...lol I am pooped!

I have this habit of tightening my core (aka kind of sucking in...) while I am out and about. By the time I get home my ab muscles are pooped lately, and I can feel them relax, it is amazing to see the what the difference it makes in my bump. I relaxed once at work while I was pulling my hair up and my coworker goes, "Holy Cow Jess! Look at that bump growing!" lol But seriously...LOOK at my bump growing!!!!
