All the while through this journey I am holding on to scripture & hoping to one day be a mother here on Earth (waiting on God & His perfect timing...why am I so impatient?) Weight Loss Week 2

Sorry this is late, it was completely a bust of a week...but here is the update regardless...and forgive me. Due to bad week and gaining weight there isn't a photo of me...


Last Week: 199.6 (4.8)
This Week: 202.6 (+3.8)

                                             
Total Weight Lost: 1 (freaking) pound

Exercise:
           I did do a little bit on Sunday and Monday. And maybe Wednesday. But other than that NOTHING. I was so sore from my walk Sunday I didn't know what in the world was up with that, but Yoga cured the soreness.

Eating:  
Obviously I didn't do the greatest. I was a bottomless pit. I could not consume enough food. I didn't journal a few days (and kind of slacking a little bit lately too)

Favorite Healthy Food this week: 
Turkey Burger! (See photo below) First I added about a third each of yellow, red, and orange peppers, a half of cup of oatmeal, garlic powder & steak seasoning, and 1 egg. Mixed together and grilled on George Foreman. Calories - 175. Topped it with 2% milk pepper jack cheese and some sauteed mushroom and onions. Ate without a bun. And used 1 TBS bbq and 1 TBS light mayo for condiments. Calories all together were 325. Pretty darn good for a burger. Pared it with a potato baked in the microwave. Yum Yumm!!



Roadblocks: Me. Being. Lazy.

Goals:
           Get back on the ball and stop being lazy.

  1. I jogged 4 miles on Saturday (only 2 minutes at a time) and didn't lose anything. Exercise is making me crave the evil carb!!!
