The first time I did Biggest Loser Power Sculpt I had done the Cardio Max 2 days in a row so I thought it was EASY. Ha! Not today, Yesterday was first time in 4 days I had exercised and I died! I was so sweaty and out of breath it wasnt even funny.
So I thought good, at least this morning shouldnt be bad, I didnt really sweat last time. WRONG! Holy bahookie! I was like...cant...do...,ore...lunges (collapses on floor). And I am only using 2lb weights. Soon I will go up to 3lb because I want some kick a$$ arms!
Now, because I ended up needing to shower I am running late. And because I was running late I couldnt stop to look for my school nursing ID. Sorry to my classmate for being tardy getting to open lab! And hopefully I dont need my ID to get in. Blah!
Another thing...I am drinking around 13 servings of water every day and still find myself thirsty, like PARCHED when I wake up. Is this normal?
Anyways....off to practice and then study. I feel bad I am going to be like 30 minutes later than planned and she doesnt have a cell phone. Blah.

Good for you, girl! That is some hard work! Keep it up :-) Hmm, I'm always thirsty in the TWW, so maybe that's it? IDK..
